Power consumption of blade servers with dynamic setting. The figure demonstrates the power consumption of blade servers obtained from a power monitoring tool (iLo) and developed power consumption models (PCM), by increasing the load of the processors by increments of 20%. The frequency of the processors are configured dynamically by means of the operating system in order to achieve the required performance.
