Over- and under-provisioning of resources using different forecasting models, based on the resource allocation of Table 6 This figure shows the total number of over-provisioned and under-provisioned resources over the 24 h test interval for the different forecasting models (#1 to #8), based on the resource allocation of Table 6. This is computed as the difference between the number of resources that should be provisioned according to the predicted load of the different forecasting models, and the optimal number of resources that should be provisioned according to the real load of the server for the 24 h test interval
