Cloud Service Trust means by condition at Time 1 and Time 2. The figure shows the difference in overall trust in the cloud service between time 1 prior to exposure to the label and time 2 after exposure to the label. As shown, the positive label increased trust in the cloud service, whereas exposure to the negative label reduced trust
